This cutting board measures approximately 13.5 inches x 5.5 inches and is 3/4 inch thick. It can easily double as a small serving/cheese board.
It is carved from a single piece of poplar with the grain raised, then sanded eight or nine times ensuring a smooth finish.
I polish the board with a food safe, organic coconut oil and organic beeswax wood butter that we make here.
